Slovačka: Nezavisnost Kosova protivpravna!

Prilikom rešavanja pitanja statusa Kosova i Metohije bile su prekršene norme međunarodnog prava jer je prekršen princip da sa odvajanjem dela teritorije treba da se saglasi i država koje se to tiče, izjavio je juče u Moskvi šef slovačke diplomatije Miroslav Lajčak. On je, obraćajući se studentima Moskovskog državnog fakulteta za međunarodne odnose, koji je i sam završio, istakao da se „pravo na samoopredeljenje odnosi na narode a ne na manjine“.
